Dragon's Delusion: Cosmic Travel Agency is a Japanese-language art book self-published by Hong Kong animation director and visual artist Kongkee (江記). Rooted in Cantonese cultural mythology and cyberpunk aesthetics, the book weaves together intricate illustration and narrative across a science-fiction world of Kongkee's own creation.

Kongkee (江記) is a Hong Kong-born, London-based animation director and visual artist. His work draws on Cantonese mythology, cyberpunk aesthetics, and the textures of Hong Kong's cultural memory — creating a visual language that is distinctly his own. He won the Grand Prize at TBS's DigiCon6 Asia in 2020, and held his first solo exhibitionat a Japanese museum, Electronic Heart Beat, at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa (October 2025 – March 2026).
