利用規約 / Terms of Use

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、合同会社Commonverse（以下「当社」）が提供するウェブサイトおよびサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website and services ("Services") provided by Commonverse LLC ("the Company").

6. 準拠法・管轄 / Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
